We want every box that leaves TCGFront to arrive collector-grade. If something isn’t right, here’s exactly how returns and refunds work.
30-day returns on sealed product
Unopened, factory-sealed items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. Items must be in the condition you received them — seals intact, packaging undamaged.
What can’t be returned
- Opened product — once a seal is broken, trading card products can’t be restocked (this protects every buyer from resealed product).
- Items damaged after delivery.
Arrived damaged or wrong?
Take photos of the package and product within 48 hours of delivery and contact us. We’ll replace the item or refund you in full — including shipping. Damage claims are on us, not you.
How to start a return
- Message us via the contact page with your order number.
- We’ll send you a return authorization and address within 1 business day.
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3-5 business days of us receiving the return.
Preorders can be cancelled for a full refund any time before shipment.
