These terms govern your use of the TCGFront store. Placing an order means you accept them — they’re short and fair, so please do read them.
Orders & pricing
- All prices are in US dollars. Promotions and sale prices apply while stock lasts.
- An order is accepted when we send your confirmation email. In the rare case of a pricing error or stock issue, we may cancel and fully refund the order — we’ll always tell you why.
- Preorders are charged at checkout and ship on or before street date, subject to distributor allocation. Under-allocated preorders are refunded in full.
Product authenticity
Every product we sell is factory sealed and sourced from authorized distribution. TCGFront is an independent retailer; Pokemon, Yu-Gi-Oh!, One Piece Card Game, Weiss Schwarz and all related names and images are trademarks of their respective owners, and no affiliation or endorsement is implied.
Shipping & risk
Shipping terms are described on our Shipping & Returns page. Risk passes to you on delivery; report transit damage within 48 hours and we’ll make it right.
Returns
See the Refund & Returns policy — 30 days on unopened sealed product.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order concerned. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.
