These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of tcgfront.com (the “Site”) and any purchase you make from TCGFront (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or use the Site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian, and be able to form a binding contract to purchase from us.

2. Products, Descriptions & Pricing

• All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and are exclusive of shipping and any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• We work to display products, colors, and specifications accurately, but we do not warrant that descriptions or other content are error-free.
• We may change prices, products, and promotions at any time without notice. Pricing errors may be corrected even after an order is submitted.
• All products are subject to availability, and we may limit quantities.

3. Orders & Acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. An order confirmation acknowledges that we received your order; it does not constitute acceptance. We reserve the right to accept, decline, or cancel any order, for example, where a product is unavailable, where there is a pricing or description error, or where we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we will issue a refund.

4. Payment

Payment is due at the time of purchase through the methods offered at checkout. Orders are processed and prepared for shipment once payment is confirmed. You represent that you are authorized to use any payment method you provide.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping timeframes, costs, and terms are described in our Shipping & Delivery policy, which forms part of these Terms. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

6. Returns & Refunds

Returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our Refund & Returns Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

7. Intellectual Property & Trademarks

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and the TCGFront name and branding, is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use it without our written permission.

Pokémon, Yu-Gi-Oh!, One Piece Card Game, and all related names, logos, and card artwork are trademarks of their respective owners, including Nintendo, The Pokémon Company, Konami, and Bandai. TCGFront is an independent retailer and is not affiliated with, sponsored, or endorsed by these companies. Trademarks are used for product identification only.

8. Product Contents & Safety

Booster pack contents are randomly inserted by the manufacturer, and specific cards or rarities are not guaranteed. Trading card products may contain small parts and are not suitable for children under 3. Please follow any manufacturer age guidance printed on the packaging.

9. Accounts & Conduct

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and not to misuse the Site, interfere with its operation, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Except where prohibited by law and aside from any applicable manufacturer warranty, the Site and products are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TCGFront will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or revenue, arising from your use of the Site or products. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TCGFront and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims or expenses arising out of your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Site or products.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, U.S.A., without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Before filing a claim, you agree to first contact us at support@tcgfront.com so we can try to resolve the matter informally. Any dispute that cannot be resolved will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in King County, Seattle, Washington.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page, and the “Last updated” date will reflect the most recent version. Your continued use of the Site means you accept the updated Terms.

15. Severability & Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will stay in effect. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping & Delivery, and Refund & Returns policies, are the entire agreement between you and TCGFront regarding the Site.
